What is an Annual Return?
An Annual Return is a form which every company, registered in England and Wales, is legally obliged to complete and submit. This form details the Company's registered address, names of active/inactive directors/secretaries, the company's SIC code, shareholders, shares in issue, value of shares and share class.
This legal document needs to be competed every year from the year of incorporation regardless of whether your company is trading or dormant. Failure to submit this form on time carries severe penalties.
